Hi. I’m a private Landlord and own a few student houses in Loughborough that accommodate groups of all sizes.  

All my houses are completely refurbished to the highest of standards and really do come fully loaded with all the mod coms. Not only that, they are all in the best location -York Rd, Arthur St, Curzon St and Burleigh Rd – (i.e. no more than a 5 minute stroll to all the local amenities, bars, restaurants, clubs and last but not least, the Campus). 

How much?  

Here’s the deal: You pay One Monthly figure that covers Everything – electricity, gas, water,…….and more – but you’ll only find out the rest if you arrange a viewing… I have to keep the odd surprise up my sleeve!  

Prices start from £65 per week. 

Don’t know which house to choose?  

That’s pretty easy too, they’re all the same inside!
